Taking on a role in a field that you have no experience in can be a daunting task; you don’t want to disappoint your new employer and you need to step outside of your comfort zone.
This has been the journey that I have been on since November 2011, when I accepted the Analyst role with Sigurdson McFadden. It has been a smooth and painless transition for me because of forward thinking leaders who knew what it would take for me to be successful.
I am being trained by one of the best; Diane Doering who has 40 years’ experience in the industry. Most of all, Diane has the patience and kindness required to take on the unnerving task of training someone without any experience in the benefits industry.
Thank you to the entire team for your support! I am very proud to be a part of the Sigurdson McFadden team, and I am grateful for the commitment Kevin has shown to teaching me the business.
