Employers concerned with the impact the flu can have on their workforce and ultimately productivity often will invest in a flu clinic at the workplace.
What's the value in booking an on-site flu clinic?
• Improve employee health by taking a proactive approach to health and wellness.
• Increase employee productivity by making health clinics available in the workplace.
• Reduce healthcare costs by making health clinics available in the workplace and encouraging employees to take advantage of them earlier than they might otherwise.
On-site flu clinics are offered through Ceridian Lifeworks and their partner Quality Health Services (QHS) a national healthcare provider and are available in every province.
• The flu clinic is run by experienced nurses and only qualified nurses will administer the vaccine.
• No need for unnecessary time away from the office and lengthy waits at doctor’s offices
• The scheduling of the flu clinics is based on when the vaccine becomes available. (typically November for Ontario and October for all other provinces through to early December)
• Booking a flu clinic with Ceridian Lifeworks the approximate cost per person is $8-$11 (based on number of people)
